Have you ever wondered about the best ways to grow your company? If your strategy makes sense? Why this strategic move over that one? How should we execute the strategy and adapt to change? It feels like most companies use a mix of magical rites and guesswork to answer these questions. As a result, only a small portion of organizations are able to clearly explain their strategy and achieve their goals.

Over the years, I have developed an obsession with making sense of the intersection between strategy definition and execution. I currently work as a strategy consultant at The PNR. We help people and organizations grow by using an iterative approach to strategic planning in order to define and execute strategy. We believe the success of strategy lies in people's ability to put it into action.

This website is meant as a tool to augment my own personal learning on strategy and business operations as much as a way to share what I have learned. I am currently doing a deep dive on growth, trying to answer the following questions:

  • Does growth always matter?
  • If it matters, what is good growth?
  • What are the drivers  of growth?
  • What growth path to pursue? In what sequence?
  • How to manage existing vs new revenue stream?
